Danny Abraham is a top junior running back at BC High and he already holds college football scholarship offers from Boston College and many Ivy League schools including Harvard and Dartmouth. Abraham burst onto the recruiting scene this year by breaking out as a star for the Eagles by rushing for over 300 yards versus Andover High School. Abraham was a key player for BC High as they won two playoff games versus Braintree and Brockton and advanced all the way to the State semi-finals. Because of his success this past season Abraham’s recruiting is far from over as he says he is still receiving interest from other top schools including Notre Dame, Georgia, UMass, Duke, Buffalo and Syracuse so it will be interesting to see which college program he ultimately chooses. The 5’11” and 190 pound running back selected BC High based on the recommendations of family friends and Pop Warner coaches who told him it would be a great school for him to attend in terms of academics and athletics. In his free time he can be found hanging out with his friends or playing Madden and he likes to listen to different music artists including Future, Meek Mill, and Kanye West. His main goals for the rest of high school are to stay healthy in his senior season and to bring a state championship trophy back to Morrissey Boulevard. Abraham will look to be the best running back in the state as he returns for his senior season and he is now considered one of the top national prospects. Danny Abraham will have a number of schools to choose from and wherever he attends college he will represent the State of Massachusetts very well at the next level.
