Mass HS Class Of 2018 – 5 More Football Prospects (4/2/17)…

Let’s add five more football prospects to the Mass high school class of 2018. As always these are in no particular order as we will continue to rank the 2018 class at a later date.

Eddie Hassell – Milton High School – WR – A sure-handed and physical wide receiver who stands 6’2” and 165 pounds. Hassell stretches the field well averaging almost twenty yards per catch last season and he is also a top forward on the Milton High School basketball team.

Tahg Coakley – Danvers High School – RB/WR/CB – Coakley is a versatile player for Danvers and stands 6’1” and 170 pounds. Makes plays on both sides of the ball as he has good hands and runs well from both the running back and wide receiver positions. Also a solid cover cornerback on the defensive side of the ball. Coakley was also captain of the Danvers basketball team.

Noah Pestaina – Tantasqua Regional / Worcester Academy – OL/G – A re-classed junior at Worcester Academy Pestaina stands 6’5” and 310 pounds but moves well for his size and plays to the whistle. Pestaina is a very physical presence on the Worcester Academy offensive line.

Zakim Harrow – Taunton High School – DT – A strong and physical presence in the middle of the Taunton defensive line Harrow stands 6’2” and 310 pounds. Very effective against the run as he helps close lanes and makes tackles in traffic.

Max Beati – Andover High School – OL – Beati has size at 6′ 8″ and over 300 pounds so college programs love his build. Beati shows good athleticism as he is also a very good basketball player and moves effectively on the offensive line. Beati has visited Yale and URI and has picked up a 2018 offer from Brown University. He joins the recruiting class of 2018 as he will look to do a post-grad year in the fall before continuing his football career in college.

ITHMA Player Write-Up: John Grady – QB / OLB – Noble and Greenough School – Grady is a terrific all-around athlete playing football, hockey and baseball all at the varsity level and we have him as the top overall quarterback in the 2019 class. Standing 6’1″ and 215 pounds he has arguably the strongest arm in the 2019 quarterback class and he can also run the ball with great success as he is a fast and shifty runner.
